  • The West Carrollton City Schools are a “Systems Thinking - Process Oriented - Data-Driven - Results Focused” organization. They are integrating “Definable, Repeatable, Predictable” academic and operational processes. All work is process work. They are linking inputs, processes, and outcomes. To achieve targeted outcomes their focus is on improving processes. They are linking their “7 Puzzle Pieces” to define and operationalize success. If they can do it – so can you!
