The West Carrollton City Schools are a “Systems Thinking - Process Oriented - Data-Driven - Results Focused” organization. They are integrating “Definable, Repeatable, Predictable” academic and operational processes. All work is process work. They are linking inputs, processes, and outcomes. To achieve targeted outcomes their focus is on improving processes. They are linking their “7 Puzzle Pieces” to define and operationalize success. If they can do it – so can you! West Carrollton City Schools is a 2004 Gold Level recipient of the Ohio Partnership for Excellence (OPE) and a 2009 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award applicant. Mr. Clifford has been involved with the OPE since 2004 as an examiner, examiner trainer and past chair. He also served on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Examiners for 1 year. Dayton ASQ Member cost: $15 (Section 0909 members are subsidized for meeting) Non-members and guests are always welcome for “at cost”: Plated dinner: $23 Parking pass: $2 Sign-in and networking starts at 5:15 pm. Plated dinner will be served at 6:15 pm and the Program will start by by 7:00 pm, after short section announcements. You must register by February 23rd to be included in the food count. A meeting reminder will be emailed to all registratants 1 day before the event. Meeting Location: Sinclair Community College, Ponitz Center, building12 in room 131 (south side).
