Recertification by JournalYou must contact Nadarajah Ravindrakumar, Re-certification Chairman at Kingcross@hotmail.com. If scanned documents cannot be forwarded by email, snail mail (Regular Mail) address to send the packets is 5188 Aspenwood Drive, Liberty Township, OH 45011-0729.
Ravindrakumar will ensure your Re-certification Packet/Journal is in order before forwarding your request to ASQ Headquarters. To learn more about Recertification please go to the ASQ Recertification webpage. The webpage reviews how to recertify, recertification journals, and any other information you might need to maintain your ASQ Certifications. The other method to recertify is by retaking your exam. | ASQ requires that you recertify the following certifications every three years to ensure that you maintain the same level of knowledge demonstrated in your first exam.
