Voice of the Customer Survey Results have been posted to the "Voice of Customer" page from the 2011 Meeting Survey. (posted 2-2-12) Membership Meeting: February 28, 2012 Presentation by Rusty Clifford, School District Superintendent, West Carrollton, Ohio "Performance Excellence: Dream, Think, Do!" The West Carrollton City Schools are a “Systems Thinking - Process Oriented - Data-Driven - Results Focused” organization. They are integrating “Definable, Repeatable, Predictable” academic and operational processes. All work is process work. They are linking inputs, processes, and outcomes. To achieve targeted outcomes their focus is on improving processes. They are linking their “7 Puzzle Pieces” to define and operationalize success. If they can do it – so can you!
