ASQ Certification Assistant Proctors Sign Up Page

ASQ Certification exams must be witnessed by either the Exam Chairman or by an Exam Proctor.To sign up to assist with Proctoring examinations please use the Certification Assistant Proctor Volunteer form at the bottom of this page. The primary job of the Proctor is to ensure there is no cheating during certification exams. To do this the Proctor assists the Certification Chairman with signing in the Test Takers, Verifying Student Identification, Reviewing Student Examination materials to ensure they are acceptable, Monitoring the students during the time of the test, assisting the Certification Chairman with any help he might need. The proctor is awarded 0.5 to 1.0 RUs for the assistance for each exam proctored. Exams are given during the year on an as needed basis. Most exams can be taken twice a year.

- No conflicts of interest
- ASQ Member and Certified
- Chief Proctor selected by section leadership
- Assistant Proctors recruited as needed
- 0.5 to 1.0 RU for each exam proctored
