Plan to attend this free, hands-on, 3-hour workshop designed to give you a thorough introduction to Change Management.

Receive a condensed version of a several day workshop people have paid over $2500 to attend. In 2011, I co-authored a book entitled Driving Operational Excellence, in which I shared nine Street Smart Tips for driving change. We’ll do a short review of general concepts and then loosely follow those tips, showing some detailed tools you would use in various situations to manage process change. Every participant will receive a complimentary copy of the 30-page e-book called the Change Management Street Smarts Workbook.
