Sponsorship Contract

The American Society for Quality; Dayton Ohio Section 0909 is offering the opportunity to advertise your business on our popular Section website at http://www.asqdayton.org/. With more than 370 unique visitors each month, this is a great way to advertise your business across the Dayton area!

We are accepting ads for the 2010-2011 advertising season. Advertisements will appear on the website within 10 days of receipt of artwork and text.

Below is the contract and the conditions for becoming a website Sponsor of the Dayton Section of ASQ.
Payment must be received prior to publishing on the website.

2010 – 2011 ASQ Dayton SECTION WEBSITE SPONSOR CONTRACT
TERMS AND COPY REGULATIONS
  • All advertising contracts must be prepaid in full before ads are accepted for publication.
  • Ad copy may be changed from month to month and must be submitted to the ASQ Dayton webmaster.
  • Advertisements may be submitted in any color.
  • Ad copy has limited space allowed. The company logo will appear on the Sponsorship page of the website. A web link requesting support of our Advertisers will be placed on the Home page in a prominent position.
  • In no event will the publisher be responsible for errors or omissions in copy or logo supplied by the advertiser.
  • The advertiser agrees to defend and indemnify the publisher against any and all liability, loss, or expense incurred from claims of trademarks, trade names or patents, violations of rights of privacy and infringements of copyrights and proprietary rights resulting from the publication of the advertiser’s ads.
  • The ASQ Dayton Section 0909 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any ad.

Advertiser’s logo will appear on the website sponsorship page; visitors can click on the logo to be sent to the Advertisers chosen landing page in a new window. A “Please patronize our Sponsors” notice will be on the home page with a link to the Sponsorship page.

Advertisers can make changes on a monthly basis. Changes must be received by the first of each month to guarantee changes are on the website within 10 calendar days.

Advertisers should allow up to 10 calendar days from their request to the time their logo/ad first appears on the website unless editing is required first.

The Website Administrator reserves the right to make editing changes prior to publishing; the changes must be approved by the advertiser.
